Songs of praise

CPO's looking good

Our first visit to CPO was in 1980. Since then we have been responsible for numerous clients from Scotland.
All endose our sentiments that CPO's amenities are unrivalled, with exceptionally friendly and most efficient staff.

James Muldrew, Glasgow.
Our apartment has very much improved: very large sliding wardrobe, extra beds, great new covers and curtains - we feel that the maintenance fee we pay has been amply repaid in these great new additions.

Spot on

    Home from home

An excellent  resort with friendly, happy, helpful staff, no question or problem too big, thoroughly enjoyable and plenty to keep us entertained. All in all you've got it absolutely right!

K R Brown, Skolegade, Denmark

At CPO, we were greeted with friendly faces - check-in was swift, as usual, and our apartment - in J block - was just as we remembered it, wornderful!.
It was even more comfortable, new cane chairs and new pull-out beds. Plus grass and a pond in front of our aprtment too, a real 'home to home'.

Lillian Connor, Wimborne, Dorset.

Sweet dreams

I had the best holiday of my life and cannot praise CPO enough. From the beautiful lush gardens, to all the many facilities and the wonderful Christmas lights. It is the cleanest resort I have ever been in and the power shower and constant hot water were wonderful. I have now bought another week - yes another week of bliss!

A M Clayton, Upper Norwood London

Picture power

A series of newly- commissioned watercolour prints are adding a dash of panache and a splash of colour to CPO's apartments. The pastel prints, by local artists Brian Mehl and Rosa Barriga, personal assistant to resort manager Ana Maria Rosa, feature a wide variety of scenes captured from all over the  resort. Local artist Brian retired to the Algarve in 1996  with his wife Sheila to pursue his dream of painting as a full-time occupation after running his own design company in England for 23 years.
Owners and guests at CPO are already familiar with his works, which he shows on his stall at the summer markets.
Rosa has been painting since 1991, exhibiting to wide acclaim in many exhibitions across the Algarve. Brian says "CPO makes an ideal location for painting - with its lush gardens an umbrella pines, striking white apartments and sea: the sky's the limit", he says.
